For brides · for your closest people
A wedding weekend is more than the hours at the venue. It is coffee before the getting-ready rush, a familiar face in the kitchen and somewhere to return to when the day is done. Keep your closest people together across three private homes at Crossing Collective.
Book Crossing Collective for up to 17 guests: Crossing House, Cozy Cottage and Magnolia Mini, on one fenced lot with a well-landscaped backyard and a shared fire pit. Everyone stays close, with a private home to retreat to.

From our wedding to yours
Congratulations on your upcoming wedding!
In late 2021, we (Daniel and Catherine) tied the knot just down the street at Flint Hill, with our rehearsal dinner at the 173 Carlyle House. When we were planning our wedding, we couldn't find any suitable options to host Catherine's out-of-town family. So we renovated this home and added two more in the backyard, so the family and friends of the bride and groom can stay together in one place.
Gone are the days when hotels were the only option for your family during the wedding festivities. Imagine your family and close friends gathered in thoughtfully designed homes, making memories before and after the big day, with the comfort and warmth of a home away from home.
Daniel's cousin, Jessica Solid Patel, planned and executed our wedding at Flint Hill, and she got married there herself. She knows the ins and outs of the wedding venues in the area and understands what a bride needs. Our team is here to help you and your guests through booking.

A place for the in-between moments
Getting ready is easier to picture when everyone knows where to meet. Crossing House has natural light, plenty of mirrors, a large dining table and a living room with a sectional sofa. There is room for the registered guests in your group to get ready together, make breakfast and keep the morning feeling connected. Plan your headcount around the booked occupancy, and talk through your arrangement with the hosts before confirming it.
Across the yard, the cottage and tiny home offer separate kitchens, bathrooms and private entrances. Parents can keep their own morning routine. A couple can have a smaller place to wind down. Staying on the same lot means you can be near the people you came to celebrate with while giving each household a door of its own.
This is a place to stay through the wedding weekend, rather than a venue for a reception. Getting ready and gathering with registered guests are welcome within your booked occupancy and the 10 PM–8 AM noise limits. Parties, receptions and events are not permitted on site. Make your venue plans separately, then let these homes be the comfortable place around them.
Keep the journey simple
173 Carlyle House, Flint Hill and The Atrium are each about a three-minute drive away. We name these venues to help you plan your stay; Crossing Collective is not affiliated with any of them. Allow extra time for traffic and for getting your group out the door, especially when several people need to leave together.
Historic downtown Norcross, Georgia is a seven-minute walk away, with a back pedestrian gate leading in that direction. An outing for dinner can be part of the weekend without bringing every meal back to one kitchen. Downtown Atlanta, Georgia is about 20 miles away, roughly 25–40 minutes by car depending on traffic.

A suggested arrangement
One idea is to put the bride and bridesmaids in Crossing House, parents in Cozy Cottage and the couple in Magnolia Mini when that fits the weekend. These are planning suggestions, not fixed assignments. Choose the arrangement that suits the people staying, remembering the separate limits of eight in the house, six in the cottage and three in the tiny home.
The whole booking sleeps 17 across six bedrooms, ten beds and four bathrooms. The cottage and tiny home include pull-out sofas in those totals. Confirm bed sizes and bedroom-by-bedroom arrangements with the hosts before promising anyone a particular sleeping setup. Each home has its own kitchen, making separate breakfasts and a little downtime easy to arrange.
Home by home

Plan your dates early
Wedding weekends can fill early. Start with the dates around the wedding, decide how many nights you want together and check the live calendar. A two-night minimum (three on some dates, shown in the calendar) and 29-night maximum apply. If the group is still deciding who is coming, send the hosts your dates and expected headcount for planning help.
See cancellation terms at checkout for the booking you actually choose. Cleaning, the 1.8% booking fee, any other mandatory fees and taxes are shown at checkout. It is helpful to share those details with the person coordinating the group before you reserve.
A clear plan makes a calmer arrival
After booking, complete identity verification, sign the rental agreement and arrange the refundable card hold: $1,000 when you book Crossing Collective (all three homes), released about 2 days after check-out. It is a hold, not a charge. These steps are due within 48 hours of booking, or before check-in if sooner. Check-in instructions follow once they are complete. The person booking should be staying for the full visit and be able to communicate with the hosts.
The cottage and tiny home are reached by lighted gravel paths.
The yard is a lovely place to pause, but there is no outdoor noise or gathering 10 PM–8 AM. The fire pit and string lights are off between 11 PM and 8 AM, and outdoor noise needs to stay respectful throughout the day. Trains pass through the historic downtown, about three houses away; sound machines are provided in every bedroom. Share that note with light sleepers before assigning rooms.
An idea to make your own
This suggested timeline is for your registered guests. Plan receptions and events off site, and keep departures and gatherings within our house rules.
Check in from 4 PM after completing the pre-arrival steps. Settle into the separate homes, and choose a place to meet for coffee the next morning.
Leave time to get to your rehearsal and dinner. Keep celebrations at your chosen venue, then return to the homes before the 10 PM noise limit.
Use Crossing House as a suggested getting-ready base for registered guests within occupancy limits. Let the cottage and tiny home give the rest of the group their own pace.
Leave for your venue and celebrate there. After the send-off, return to your private spaces with the 10 PM–8 AM noise limits in mind.
If your dates fit, share a simple breakfast or brunch with registered guests before departure. Check-out is 10 AM, so plan the last morning around packing and leaving on time.
