Is the backyard private?
Each home has its own private indoor space and outdoor seating. The fire-pit yard and hammock are shared with the other two homes. Booking Crossing Collective gives your group the whole lot to yourselves.
Magnolia Mini · a small escape
An anniversary, a weekend close to home or a weekend with no big agenda. Magnolia Mini makes a small home for time together: a queen bed, a cedar-lined shower and big windows looking out on the well-landscaped backyard.
At 194 square feet, this is a true tiny-home stay. Enjoy your own private indoor space and bistro table, with a shared fire-pit yard just outside.

The small things
Make a simple breakfast in the small, well-equipped kitchen and take your coffee at the window-bar counter. There is a mini-fridge, a two-burner cooktop and a combo washer/dryer, with a 60-inch TV for evenings in. Bring your own streaming logins; there is no cable.
Historic downtown Norcross, Georgia is a seven-minute walk away, with a back pedestrian gate leading in that direction. Walk to dinner, then return to the backyard as the day slows down. Downtown Atlanta, Georgia is about 20 miles away, roughly 25–40 minutes by car depending on traffic.
An evening in the backyard
The gas fire pit, backyard and hammock are shared with the two other homes on the lot. You have your own outdoor bistro table and seating area at the tiny home, so you can choose a moment together or a little space of your own. The cedar-lined shower is a warm, natural detail to come back to after a day out.
The outdoor setting is shared, and this is a neighborhood stay. Keep noise respectful, with no outdoor noise or gatherings from 10 PM–8 AM. The fire pit and string lights are off 11 PM–8 AM. Think an unhurried evening rather than a late-night gathering.
A stay that fits
Magnolia Mini sleeps up to three: a queen bed and a twin-size pull-out sofa for an additional guest. With one bedroom and one bathroom in 194 square feet, the scale is part of the experience. If you prefer more room, take a look at the two-bedroom Cozy Cottage.
A lighted gravel path leads to the tiny home. Magnolia Mini is not wheelchair accessible; ask the hosts about your specific needs before booking. Trains pass through downtown about three houses away, and a sound machine is provided in the bedroom.
Stay for at least two nights (three on some dates, shown in the calendar), up to a maximum of 29. Cleaning, the 1.8% booking fee, any other mandatory fees and taxes are shown at checkout. After booking, complete verification, the rental agreement and the refundable card hold so your arrival details can be sent.
