Sleeps 8 · 3 bedrooms · 5 beds · 2 baths
Five beds across three bedrooms; sleeps eight. Includes a king bed. Ask the hosts to confirm the remaining bed sizes and room-by-room arrangements before allocating rooms.
Family reunions · graduations · holiday visits
Sleeps 17 across three private homes. Book Crossing House, Cozy Cottage and Magnolia Mini together for a reunion, a holiday visit or a weekend with friends, with private space for every part of the group.
Six bedrooms, ten beds, four bathrooms and one fenced, string-lit lot. Gather in the shared yard, then return to a home of your own.

One booking, three homes
The house sits at the front of the lot; the cottage and tiny home are in the backyard. The gas fire pit and hammock bring everyone into the same outdoor space, while separate living rooms and entrances make it easy to take a little time apart. Booking Crossing Collective gives your group private access to all three homes.
This setup suits a group whose members want different rhythms: an early breakfast in one kitchen, a slower morning in another, then a walk downtown together. A stay with extended family or old friends can leave room for both catching up and time to yourself. No parties or events are allowed; time together is for registered guests within your booked occupancy.
The everyday moments
Crossing House has a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table and a sectional sofa. Cozy Cottage also has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, while Magnolia Mini has a small, well-equipped kitchen with window-bar seating. Plan group meals around the actual spaces and use the separate kitchens to share the preparation.
The house has a private deck, picnic table and charcoal grill. The cottage has its covered porch, and the tiny home has its own bistro table. These smaller outdoor spots give your group somewhere to pause as well as the shared yard. Supplies are replenished before each stay and stocked for up to seven days.
For reunions and holiday visits
